I have no problem recommending Mia. She has done a number of events for us -- most notably our Wedding (second marriage for both my husband and me -- we were widow and widower), and our son's wedding reception as well as a family portrait, all of which were wonderful. Mia is easy to work with, she stays in the background and you really never know she's there. She gets some wonderful candid shots, and just be natural is the best advice I can offer. She'll work with you on whatever you need. DO give her a list of priority photos you'll want, or special people she needs to photograph -- grandparents, sons, daughters -- anything or anyone special that she may not capture throughout the event. She's a good friend, and excellent photographer. You'll be very happy you've chosen her!

We had so much fun!!!!

We adopted our second child last September and received a gift certificate at Christmas for a family portrait at Mia's studio. What a memorable present!! Initially, we were apprehensive. Our boys, ages 8 and 3, are always fidgety. In addition, I never feel comfortable when I am having my picture taken. But Mia's enthusiasm quickly put us all at ease. She was relaxed, patient, and very concerned about what we wanted in a family photo album. Incredibly, she was able to capture the individual personalities of both of our boys and reveal the love and closeness that we all share as a family. As we left Mia's studio we never imagined that having our family portrait taken could be so much fun! Our extended family was amazed at Mia's work. It has been difficult to choose which photo is our favorite--they are all professional, unique, and outstanding photographs. Thanks, Mia!

BEAUTIFUL Pregnancy and Newborn photography!!

Mia takes the most beautiful pregnancy and newborn photos. She has this amazingly natural ability to capture the most precious moments of a lifetime. I highly recommend her and I plan to use her again in the future!

An Artist's Eye

My daughter recently adopted 4 children from the Ukraine and went to Mia to have a family portrait done (which included 3 children of her own). The poses that Mia had them do were amazing and displayed a real talent for capturing a family of seven in a unique range of settings. We never tire of displaying these photos to rave reviews.

Mia photographed my two girls around the holidays and I share my album with absolutely everyone! Friends and family members have raved about how wonderfully she captured who they are. It was hard deciding which ones to choose as I love them all!

Perfect Pictures!

Mia did a photo shoot of our family and the pictures came out amazing! She did such a great job working with our son who was 3 at the time and more interested in running around our yard then smiling for a picture.
